Anyone who can tell me how to change the bushes or how to improve?

Drop subframe, burn old ones out, press new ones in, reinstall subframe. Done. Questions?

If you are talking about the rear subframe bushings, they don't need to be burned out, b/c there aren't any. There is 4 metal bushings that you can get to place into the subframe supports. The reason they aren't there is b/c they transfer alot of the subframe noise that you wouldn't normally hear into the cabin. But if you do heavy drag and cornering, they are highly recommended. There is a guy who makes them in his shop at zilvia, or you can check them out on the zilvia group buys, or pdm racing sells them too.

So, the subframe is just floating in air? Cool. Don't reply when you don't know the answer. There ARE bushings, otherwise there wouldn't be a need to replace them. They are like FWD motor mounts, only a portion of the center section is actually rubber. The collars, or spacers, you mention fill in the gaps above and below the subframe mounting points, but they do transmit more resonance and noise into the car. Nismo makes rigid repalcement bushings that are less harsh and more forgiving.
