I need to replace this part of the suspension in my vehicle (part # 74870-xxxx, The xxxx varies with te type of vehicle). From pictures and drawings it appears to be the same part, just different suffixs on the part number. Does anyone know if this part fits or is the same for G35, G37, 350Z, M35 & FX35? Do they share the same sub-chassis?

I found one website that says that the Transmission Tunnel 'W' Body Brace is used for all 2009+ Nissan 370Z (Z34) and 2008-2013 Infiniti G37 (CV36) Coupe.

All other websites say its ONLY used on the 2009+ Nissan 370Z, so I'd take the previous with a grain of salt.

Thanks R1 for the protocol lesson and yes I'm anxious to resolve this question, but wasn't aware of this posting rule.

More importantly thanks for sharing the info about the brace. So it seems the brace for the 3.7L engines is not the same as the 3.5L engine cars?
