Rear subframe bolt: Stamped?

While trying to remove the rear subframe to get at the bolts for the gas tank straps, I broke one of the SF posts front of the passenger-side wheel. I'm wondering if those are stamped in (i.e. replaceable), or welded in (replaceable, with more effort)?

I'm guessing there'd have to be a hole or two cut through the chassis floor to reach the top?

Ugh.
