Rear Struts..Hicas vs. non-Hicas

Is there a difference in the rear struts from a hicas equipped car and a non-hicas car?

I have a 92 w/ hicas and I want to replace the struts/springs and found a used set of Tokico blues w/ Tanabe GF springs from a non-hicas car. Will this work?

I talked to tokico and they said that they didn't make blues for the hicas cars. If that is true then what is the difference?

they are the same. from the factory i think the hicas came with different spring rates, but nothing to concern you.

so as long as its for your chassis it will work.
