Well after the drifting weekend, my rear struts are officially done!! (blown), They were original struts, and im guessing they were never changed and my car has 100K on it now. In any case my rear end feels like cr@p now. Wheel bounces every second, with a $100 to my name, gotta ride out about 2 more month until my birthday which is on May 9, then im getting coilovers. Probably the new Tein type HA or Tanabe PRO SS.

have you thought of jacking some old non-blown struts from the junkyard? 2 months is a long time if you drive it everyday...

Finding a 240 in a junk yard here is like a miracle. Almost next to impossible, and if i get a used one from ebay, by time it gets here with all the work it takes to mount struts, I might as well wait i guess, my bday is May 9 so i guess its less then 2 month.

For some reason I have the money to fix mine but it makes it way into being spent on audio, fun.women, and booze. I"m fixing to spend 500 on a camera and video camera.Which could be used on my car instead.

I am actually looking into this, since I have an account with Tanabe, i get 25% off coilovers so I can get the Pro S-S (with helper spring) for $1000, and the Pro SS-II for $900. As far the Pro-S-OC, i think that is not even worth being a coilover. How ever I am not sure of the difference between the helper spring. Anyone know what it actually does?
