Has anyone had to replace this part? It's a ~$15 part#562195CA0A. If so how much was the labor, do you need a machine press, would I be able to to do it myself? Is there a better upgrade option for the bushing? Thanks for the help.

Never done it but based on my experience with similar parts I would say a press is almost certainly needed. Your lowering spring thread has a good picture of it. Labor should be minimal to have it done if you carry the axle housing (knuckle) into a shop. Drive up labor will be more of course. Can you do it? Sure with a press and the right size tool/socket/pipe to press it out with. I bought a 20 ton press years ago with has payed for itself many times over with small jobs like this. Pro tip: freeze the bushings overnight to assist them with slipping in easier. There are upgrade options for the 350/370Z cars that may fit. You will probably need to take measurements to see if they will work.
OR you can remove it like the guy in the video below which is on the car and seems easy.

Actually I have to replace the right side with OEM or upgraded bushings because the rubber has deteriorated and the bolt is rusted/seized to the sleeve of the bushing.
The bushings do not normally need to be touched when replacing OEM with coilovers but because my right side is ruined I don't have a choice.
Are there any bolts that aren't included in the kit that I need, I thought I read that one of the bolts is welded to the stock shocks and not included in the kit.

My SCALE kit came with everything; bolts and nuts for the rear (OEM has welded nut on the strut), Extenders for the rear adjustment since the back seat has to be removed to access.

You can reuse the OEM bolt and the BC kit also comes with the nut. I can measure this weekend and see if the info is labeled on the bolt and nut size needed.

And also the video above method for removing the bushing and pressing the new one in worked like a charm. I was literally stupid easy to press that bushing out and install the new one with the right tools. After cutting the old bolt out first of course...
