Rear strut bushing?

I had my rear struts changed and the rubber bushing that goes in at the bottom of the sturt fell apart (very bottom the bolt goes into the bottom of the sturt and into it too). Tried to find it at the dealer but no luck. Anyone know where I can buy 2? ohh and that little rubber ringer that goes around the gas tank when you pull the fuel pump out? anyone know the part # for that too? thanks in advanced.
