Rear Speakers Problems

I have a 06 350z with an after market stereo. I noticed that my rear speakers were not working. I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions, answers, or cheapest route to fix?

Can you give us any more to go on?

As in all troubleshooting suggestions, easiest things first...First thing I'd suggest is a loose connection, either at the headunit or at the speakers, after that bad wiring.

@hitbychance I am going to take it down to car toys see what they say. I'm hoping its a loose wire or a quick fix and inexpensive. I'll let you know what they say. Also, is your steering wheel controls not working? And do you have an aftermarket radio installed?

the only controls that work are seek up and volume up, no downs. I have a pioneer avic d3 deck.

@hitbychance your lucky. At least you get something. The whole right side of my steering wheel control doesn't work. Called car toys and they said it will cost like $200 just to get it installed then another $90 to see what's wrong with my rear speakers.

im wondering if the aftermarket decks are missing a hook up for rear speakers and that maybe they are just disconnected behind the deck itself.

I took the deck out myself and checked. Everything seems to be connected.
