Any body know where the rear speaker wires are on a 95 Reg Cab.
What does the plug end look like. I have found a plug with two wires going in to it
with a blue end and what appears to be a black with white wire. I would like to put two 6x9's in the back but I'm not sure how to run the wires. According to the radio I have wires plugged for them. in-the wire harness just can't find them.

From the wiring diagram in the FSM it looks like you're looking for a four pin connector with a grey, grey/red stripe, green/black stripe, and green wire. I seem to remember it being under the seat near the middle in my '97, but I'm not sure.

You can check out the diagram in the factor service manual located at www.nicoclub.com/FSM/ on page EL-35.

Good luck!

Next question what kind of wire goes into that is it a plug that splits in to two wires. Left and right. I think I found it
My truck has never had a radio in it. My Grandfather didn't think it need one. But all the wire are in it.
I have a Dual head unit in it that will run 4 speakers plus a sub. I just want 4 speakers in it no amps no sub.
At the present I have two Nissan Factory' speakers that I bought off ebay but they Don't have much going for them.
So I want to put a couple of 6x9's in the back.

See my post above with full pin outs of factory cable, best thing is spend 15 bucks and get an adapter that plugs into factory harness that you then splice into radio leads it will have colors codes like I put up top. stereo should have leads for all outputs and to keep from hacking factory plug to splice get adapter at wal mart or auto zone or any radio shop, it will plug into factory plug and have tails to splice into radio harness and will have full pin outs.
