Rear Speaker Panels / Rear Window Switches / Front Ashtray

I am pretty new to the 240SX world but have loved the look of the car for years. I finally purchased a black '93 convertible and damn if the thing wasn't was broken into. They pulled off the back side panels to get to the speakers and I am left with sharp staples sticking out from the inside of the door panels (painful for my little girl who rode back there and got stuck). I just had a quick look and do not know how to easily re-attach the panel covers and thought to come here for quick help from the experts. Can you help me out? I am also looking for the two rear window switches and a front ashtry. Appreciate it.

I took some pliers and pulled all the staples out, then glued the panels back on. However, I did that after I upgraded the speakers...so keep that in mind.
