OK I'm trying to add rear speakers and this is my first-time installing anything myself.. I have tried to follow the FSM's as best as possible without asking but I am completely stuck.. reading and following this thing is like a maze and sometimes they state what the steps are but doesn't seem like they really explain how to do them...

but as far as I can tell, AV-75 is where the instruction begins, which guides you to INT-38 to remove the parcel shelf finisher, which is where things get tricky, lol... I kinda get lost around step 4, because INT-36 makes no ref to the stop lamp at all so I have no idea how to remove it... but even trying to go to #5, I can't tell from the illustration what parts are what, to begin with..

from INT-38:
1...
2...
3....
4. Remove high mounted stop lamp (if equipped). Refer to INT-36, "Removal and Installation".
5. Remove rear pillar finisher RH/LH. Refer to INT-36, "Removal and Installation".
6. Thread the rear seat belt RH/LH/Center through vertical opening and release from rear parcel shelf finisher.
7. Remove the clips, then remove rear parcel shelf finisher.

Here's where I'm at after step 3:

wondering if I need to take this triangle corner piece off? and if so, how not to disrupt air bag...

or do I need to take off the silver piece that runs accross the back including these plates?

I also heard/read about a way to go in from the trunk that so far has only been verified on the coupe.. I can't see any access there on the sedan but if there's any way that might be easier, I'm open to it...

then I tore the lining out

and I see this little clip, but I still can't see any way in there..

What am I missing?? lol

Any help would be much appreciated!!
