I wanna know how to get the 240sx thing on the rear side windows on the hatch off... i heard that you have to take off the window but theres gotta be a better way...

acually, i think you do have to remove it, at least as far as i know. if you ask me, id say its not worth the trouble of re-sealing the entire window, gluing it back in place, ect..., but if you do do it, try to post some pics, id be interested in seeing it removed.
