No no no, I meant rear ball joint & seat. I replaced the front BJs w/300zx components & am wondering if it is possible to do the same w/R.

Whadaya say Wes?

Why, when G50 parts (which are designed for a heavier car) are readily available?

Have you checked prices on the rear? Whats your angle for it?

I replaced the FR BJs w/Spicer Z32 units. After my complete brake overhaul I will begin total rehab of the R suspension. Thinking Nismo bushings. I'm not certain the BJs are in need of replacement but want all possible pieces. Think I paid $35 per BJ& $7 for Nismo bushing for FR. verses $270.00 per side replacing entire arm. $100 total or $560. No brainer here.

The R control arms are appx. $100 ea. Still if I can do BOTH sides for $100 why not.

The point my friend is $$$$$$$. There are other things to spend the savings on.Like a good bottle of wine or other consumables.

whats the diffrence w/the replacement bj you used on the front? the z32s are for the 300z? Im not to familiar w/the 300z parts that you can use on the Q,but thats going to be the summer project for me.Ive got the eibach springs, konikos, new mounts, bumpers, etc. Id be better off w/replacing the BJ and front bearings while Im doing the struts in the front,I seen the thread awhile back on how to press them in and all. manixs statement about wieght diffrence came to mind when I started doing some research on this.

The exchange took 1/2 hr. per side & thats replacing the bushing w/nismo.You must also use the z32 BJ seat. I removed & pressed in myself W/vise,socket & propane torch while BJs were in freezer. Many will flame but you will find that it comes from those that haven't done it.
