I guess I've been playing the Bose system too load because my back panel is rattling when there is bass in the song that I am playing at that moment.

Any one have a possible solution? I think it's the rear center speaker cover that is rattling

I had the same problem. Got the dealer to replace some of the components associated with the rear subwoofer. It helped, but didn't solve it totally.

Mine did too. It was everythig in the back. You could tap it and hear the rattle.

If you're still under warranty, take it in and have them insulate it.

I did mine myself. I removed the rear seat back, and then the rear panel, and placed foam everywhere the plastic touched the metal.

I don't recommend it if your not very technical. But it is correctable.

My bass actually snoud better thna before, since there is not noise from the back except for bass.

Does anyone know if the rattling would be covered by the warranty?

i thought i was the only one...i'v been complaining about this for some time now and I had the dealer actually check it out and they insulated the rear panel for free under warranty. it helped for about a day and the annoying rattle returned...i cant even enjoy my music. 55k car should not be doing this...
