Take it to a body shop. If it's not too bad, they can bring out the dent much cheaper than replaceing the panel. It is welded in and is about 20+ hours to replace. The entire piece has to be cut out and then a new one welded in place. It's very time consuming, so it's usually cheaper to repair it than to replace. Depends on the extent of the damage though. BTW a proper paint job for the 1/4 panel usually requires the car get a new shot of clearcoat all the way from the damaged portion, through out the roof and back down to the other 1/4 panel. Many body shops can break the paint somewhere, but being able to do this will vary with the shop painter's skill level and the car's design. A sharp crease at the roofline hides a paint break very well. Rounded edges do not. A S13 coupe will have this problem. The hatchback will not as the pillar is hidden behind the 1/4 glass.
Again, go to a Body shop. They can give you a quote for both repairing and replacing. Ask about how they willl blend and where they will break the paint, or how much they will need to paint. Ask about their guarantee if any as well.
