i would like to install straight pipes instead of the undersized (problematic) catalytic converters on my max. I've found a couple places that make them the trouble is the rear o2's. I know jegs used to sell o2 simulators but I can't find them anymore. Any ideas where to go/look? No emmisions in my state.

Don't confuse GA only testing for compliance in 13 counties, with a serious violation of Federal Law.

Whatever you do keep old parts because if you sell the car and it ends up in a State which tests you can be found and forced to restore to oem.As IS Private sales don't protect you from Emission Tampering charges and restitution.

Unlikely that cat removal will create enough to make it worthwhile.

it's not necessarily the horsepower gain I'm looking for it's the p0420/p0430 resoution. I would like to make sure my car is achieving maximum mpg (I commute 38 miles one way) by making sure it's properly running closed loop (simulated allbeit) with out the $1100 investment of two new cats that are going to do the same exact thing in another 60-70 thousand miles. I can't see purchasing another part for my car that was poorly designed (too small) for the job.
