Rear O2 Sensor?

Ok its been a while since I posted but I added an s14 to my collection now and I keep getting a CEL with errors for the oxygen sensor and knock sensor. I read that I can make due with out worrying about the nock sensor but I was wondering if the car has a rear oxygen sensor? If it does would it cause the CEL to come on/do I need it? I appreciate the help, if I can I'll post some pics up later.

Well I answered part of my own question, I found what appears to be the rear oxygen sensor. But would this cause the check engine light to come on?
