You're better off just using the traditional route & go with the front mount turbo. There's a few in here that can help you out with the 3.5.

As far as the e85 goes, I've been wanting to go this route for a very long time but I need one more mod to go thru the process.
I'm sure no one has tried it before on the latest altima but you'll require to switch your injectors, fuel pump. The 450cc injectors would be fine to go with depending on how much power or what build you're going with. Now note this, you'll get the most gains from the e85 when the car is turbo but also the e85 burns more quicker than regular gas so yull sacrifice gas for performance

E85 will destroy your whole fuel system :nono: ... If you want to do it you would need to replace everything!!

That's the reason you'll have to check everything thru the tuner himself. When you go e85, it dosent necessarily mean you have to stick to that fuel.
The ecu map switch will help going back to 91 octane to help out not corroding the system in the future.
