Has anyone removed the rear badge and logo. From the inside of the trunk / reverse light trim on your Q? If anyone has is it a pain or is it EZ?

You can use a flat head screwdriver to remove the Q45 letters and numbers.

Or if you have a trim remover you can use that.

to remove the reverse light cover/where it says Infiniti go here: http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/Q45/1994_Q45/bf.pdf.

I removed my Q45 emblem with a razor blade.Just push them up little by little from the edges.Then i used some glue/gum/rubber remover.It looks somewhat okay since i got a 93.

The rear trunk light part is easy.Take of the 4 plastic screw on the trunk where (behind the part your taking off) and then remov the lights and disconnect them (i think it's safer so nothing happens) unscrew then from the cover.Then if i remember its a 6mm/8mm i think that you need to remove the nuts.Theres 8.Under a round black cirvle cover theres on and in the middle also.When you pull it off dont pull it from the edges just to it evenly on all sides even the center.I pulled the edge and it cracked a little bit.

I can maybe to step by step pics but hopefully it's understandable unless you got the y33

No i dunno how so i just painted it black after sanding it.Before that though i sanded the tails all of it and polished it then taped around the reverse lights then painted it.It came out ugly i re did it but i never got clear coat and its started to turn white.After i get the clear coat on and redoing it it should look good.Ima rebadge my car with a G50 emblems and a nissan one.in the back ima just buy letters and put nissan on it.

Other than that i dunno how it would probably look ugly and leave spaces.
