rear lights staying on

I have a 240sx 93 and my rear lights wont turn off. Then i went to check it and i found some pieces of rubber on the floor. Then i started to troubleshoot the car and it got worse. Now my front short ligths wont go off and my headlights turns off but it wont go down...any electro genious around here for advise?

sounds ike you're tail light swithc is stuck in the on postione, might need to be replaced, it's located on the pedal box, you'll see it right against the pedal arm

But now the front also is not shuting off...Also my headlights are not going down,,,could it be something like a relay? All my fuses in the box are good. and the ones under the hood...

those rubber pieces you found are must likely the rubber grommets that go on the plate for the brake petal metal connector. behind or in front of that rod that hold the brake pedal there is a metal plaque with probably now two holes which rubber grommets go into. They are less than $1 for new ones at Nissan Dealerships.
