rear lights arnt working!

well my topic says it all... they just arnt working i'm don't know alot about my rear lights so thats why i'm here, all the lights in the rear works when i break, but when i'm just driving it doesnt even look like its on...

oh yeah.. my cluster light is also not working... did it pop a bulb or is this a technical issue also?

check your tail fuse in the fuse box by your left foot on the drivers side.
