As some of you may know, I have an iceburg blue rear center panel just laying around. And I have a red JDM panel on my car. The blue doesn't look right because I have a red car. Curious to know of I could switch the red piece onto the light up housing and if it would glow through or not. OR if I could take out all of the components in the light panel, and put it in the JDM panel and see if it would glow red. I want to try it, but I don't want to do it all and get let down and waste my time. If anyone knows, or has tried this please let me know. Your help will be greatly appreciated. All of you have been very good with answering my question and have really helped me out a lot. Very greatful for it. Thanks.

I have a red panel on my car with a white LED board behind it that I bought off a guy who makes them locally, and it faded over time and is now kinda pink-ish. Besides, basic logic dictates Blue+Red=Purple.
