Rear license mount

Just took delivery of an '09 G37x which is missing the rear license mount. What parts will I need in addition to the mount itself? (Grommets, bolts, etc)? Any help will be appreciated.

It's missing the two nylon nuts that are attached to the hatch of the car? That's unheard of. To replace these you will need rubber well nuts.
