Rear frame damage, worth fixing?

There is some dings and dents in the rear frame rails. If i bought good rear frame rails from a junkyard how much do you think a body shop would charge? I would take this thing to a body shop and get a quote but it currently has a bad knock sensor

alright ill post some pics when i get home. lol... also this car was owned by a ricer with taste. Ricer because a.)had 4 aluminum wing holes in the hatchb.)melted the springs to give it that "lowered" look
