rear ends on 200SX

what is the rear end on the CA20E's 1985 200SX and the 1985's CA18DET engine? i seem to be running about 4000RPM when im going about 75 mph in the CA20's rear end, but since the spedo is broken in the CA18's i dont know what teh rear end on that one might be. I just hate going 85mph and pushing out like 4000+ rpm. any suggestions on the sizes and the difference b/w the 2 engines rear ends if there is any difference. Are there any other rear ends that are RWD that are lower rpm'd?

both diffs have 4.11 gears but the transmission gearing is different.
