Yes same RE4R01A in both, however 300zxTT has the Q45 RE4R03A.

Plug at bottom to drain. Plug at top (Driver's side IIRC) to fill.
Hint: take the fill plug off first so you don't find out AFTER you drained it that you can't get the fill plug off. It's kind of hard to turn the car upside down to refill the diff.
