Rear end swap

Ive heard of Skyline swaps into the Datsun Zcars, which is reasonable considering the rediculously tall gears put in it originally cosidering its power output. I was thinking of even a 240sx lsd w/o abs. Ive heard they are strong and can handle fairly large # of power. i know the skyline rear ends can but they are hard to get ahold of. what problems would you run into with doing either swap?... like yoke connections and axle width. also the seal in the diff where it meets the yoke?
