REAR END on 03 m45???

Hello,Can anybody explain to me how the rearend works on 03 m45 without lsd?why some times my car leaves one tire mark and some times double?

It's an Open rear axle - meaning that you should feel like you hit the lotto when when both wheels spin together at the same time.
