Rear e brake cable help!!!!!!

Fellas i am trying to remove (on my 91 300zx NA) the rear wheel hub/control arms assembly so that the shop can replace all the bushings with new ones....however!!! I cant seem to find anywhere on google

HOW TO REMOVE THE REAR BRAKE SHOES AND E BRAKE CABLE!!!!

I have everything else loose just about to come off execept for the e brake wire attached to the brake shoes.

Does anynody have a write up on BOTH of these? Please let me know so that i can drop these off tomorrow monday to get done.
