Rear DVD and Music at same time??

Just wondering if any of you guys with the rear dvd player can get the rear to play a dvd (back seat can hear with headphones) and the radio to play at the same time?? Getting anoying listening to spongebob all the damn time!! Thanks for the help.

Yes it works! Once you have the rear DVD screen down and playing switch your front controls to radio and you're good! Only thing is the radio will sound on all speakers not just the front and rear DVD will only transmit sound through headphones!! Try it out!

thanks again for the help, but when i change anything in the front, it kills the dvd on the overhead!

I just tried it and confirmed it does work like I previously posted...
Try it step by step, once the rear DVD screen is down push the AM-FM-SAT key and it jumps to radio a headphones symbol should appear on your screen then its set. Check the rear screen it should be playing, then check that your headphones have good batteries, be sure they're on and check the volume.

I always have the people in back use the remote to turn on the headphones before I change anything in front. If the advice above doesn't work, try that (figuring out the remote and using it to get the headphone indicator to show up on the front screen).
