Rear driveside vent window

I need to replace the small vent window in my mothers 08 Versa sedan. I call it a vent window even though it does NOT open or roll down, its the small window on the rear door on the driver side of the car.

I have the window from the dealer and just need to know how to get to it to replace it and how difficult it is, this is all thanks to a drug addict neighbor we suspect looking to get some quick money so he broke the window to steal a cup with change and a old camera that my mother paid about $40 for several years ago.

If it were me, I might try taking a look at youtube to see if I could find a video on replacing quarter windows as well.
