Rear diff question

I'm wanting to put a different gear ratio in my J30's rear diff. Where can I find some gears and which shop should I send it to?

The J30's rear diff is basically the same as the NA 300 rear diff but has 3.9:1 ratio. I'm wanting to up it to about 4.3:1 or so.
