They are pretty difficult man. That's the hardest thing I've done to my car besides the motor. It took me probably 4 hours...maybe 5 or 6 I can't remember it felt like forever though lol. That was with a lift and air tools and a transmission jack to hold the diff. So it was as easy as possible and it still took that long. I used the ES bushings, they are great man. 4 or 5 thousand miles later and I still love the clunk-less shifting
If you have the time, tools and will-power to do it then I highly recommend it. It really changed the feel of the car a lot, much tighter and no more clunk in the back. Difference is like night and day. The clunk was so irritating, this is probably the most satisfying repair/mod I've done to the car!
