rear defroster section not working

as title says my defroster has totally crapped out on me. I have a 92 coupe, and just the top set of defrosters arent working. The bottom set of defrosters are working just fine, so its just the top set.

I did try using a multimeter and touch the positive end to the connector and then use the negative end to touch one of the defroster lines. It seems to reading all next to 0 no mater where i touch the lines.

I've also checked the fuses and from what I can find they look just fine.

How would I go about fixing this or trouble shooting this? Sorry if its in the wrong section
