Rear Defroster Relay Location

Does anyone know where you can find the rear defroster relay. Rear defroster does not work and the most inexpensive solution was to purchase a new one ~$35, but it is not located under the hood where i thought that i had seen it.

Relay location is over the front passenger tire. the fuse/relay box is virtually identical to the one that contains the relay for the horn next to the battery.
