Rear Defroster Light Out! No Luck at dealership. Need Help!

I posted a rant about my trip to the dealership, but long story short, my rear defroster light stopped coming on out of the clear blue. They replaced the whole assembly, but still nothing and refuse to check into wiring b/c of my aftermarket radio. I have been having issues with a loose connection near the fuse panel for the 12v socket that comes on and off when I touch the fuse panel. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

Anyone? Someone please help me out. I know all you electrical guru's might have some ideas as to what it could be!
