rear defroster help

[S13 240SX]

my rear defroster does not work... the button lights up when i push it in and the only thing i can hear... i hear a relay ticking when i push the button on and off but the defroster does not work... i can hear what i think is a relay or a fuse in the fuse box... but i check the 20amp rear defroster fuse and they were not blown.. so what could this be??? i also just had my rear window replaced and the guy did hook the wires back up.

Check and make sure that you're getting voltage back there. If you are, make sure its connected well. If it still doesn't work, the defroster in the window is likely broken at some point.
