At night when the lights are turned on, is the rear defogger switch and heated light switches supposed to light up? Its an '02 Path LE.

I do get the orange lights when I push the defogger on or push the heated seats on, but wasn't sure if the actually switch with the picture is supposed to light up on either one of these buttons.

Anyone?

Thanks

Yes, the rear defogger button should be illuminated when the parking lights or headlamps are on. There is a small filament light bulb inside of the switch which probably has blown. I would recommend just replacing the bulb, but the switch can be somewhat difficult to dis-assemble and re-assemble so it may be easier to just purchase a new switch.

I'm not sure how it differs from the 01 QX4 but my rear defogger is an LED on a board.
