Gusy, I just installed my rear links and arms (Footwerks, seem very solid btw), and after putting in my TEIN coilover, it look sliek it's WAY too close to the RUCA.See for yourself.Could I have too much toe-in?This in effect means that it's the lowest I can have the coil, without hitting the RUCA. I hope it's low enough, but if I need to lower it more, I'll run into problems... If I already dont, since I haven't put the wheels on the ground so I'm not sure what'll happen when the spring compresses. My logic tells me nothing will change as they are bound togher, but...help!

Yep, I had the same problem too, started to scratch my head, and ask myself "what did I just buy?" But, all that needs to be done is, everything just has to be bolted up with your original OEM bolts and washers, and you're good to go.

Here's a pic with full Footwerks suspension(coilovers, S13 Rucas, toe + traction rods). Coilover should go through the middle of the coilover at an angle. I still need to get a good alignment:P

Ah but look, see how your spring perches are much higher up than mine? I think if your spring sat lower on the shock body, you'd see the same issue as me. If I raise my spring perch (raise the car), the distance from the shock body itself (not the perches) to the RUCA is within reason, although you can see how mine is still not quite as far away as yours, because the shock body doesn't move in relation to the RUCA, only the perch does, when you raise it.

I think I'll try adjusting the toe (looks like it may be a litle in right now) but if that doesn't help, I'll just have to see how it works and if that ride height is low enough for me. The good part of this is that the shock body never moves sideways inside the RUCA, only up and down... I think.

I am using all stock bolts and washers, although I don't understand why I have to, as the sideways distance of the RUCA can be adjusted by adjusting the camber, so in the end, whatever camber setting works, will work, regardless of what bolts you use.

did you try seeing how it is after you put the wheel on and set it back down on the ground, hrmm wait that will raise the rucas a bit because of camber.... what the hell?

Yeah I am thinking your right with the toe, now that i am looking at it, if you subtracted some toe there it would move the rucas over more toward the front of the vehicle and maybe get you some better clearence.
