Rear Cats?

I understand that there are 4 Cats on the Q45 If I remove or gut out the rear cats will that throw codes or effect performance. I am going for a unique sound and I do not like the sound from removing rear muffler. I still have original cats and mufflers. I am not going for more Hp I have heard there is no hp to be gained by the exhaust just sound. Let me know if it will throw codes or make car run funny. Thanks!

The fact that some states chose not to enforce or measure or visually observe the components doesn't mean you are not violating the act.
