Hi Folks. had a mechanic sync my carbs a few weeks ago. pretty sure he didnt adjust the valves first. i adjusted yesterday and now
when about 20 seconds after it runs it spews out the rear overflow only. is this a direct result of the valve clearance adjustment i did?

Sorry for the late reply. Sounds to me that you have some crud in the inlet of the float valve preventing accurate flow control to the variable venturies. A few gentle, repeat gentile, taps with the handle of a screwdriver on the inlet housing plus a vigorous up and down jiggle of the wire extension on the under side of the float housing should clear any minor crud sticking to the flow control needle valve inside the float chamber.
