When you say +4 do you mean a 19" wheel? That picture looks to be a Honda setup however the $35 price tells me "eccentric bolts". If your car is lowered up to about 2 inches, the stock eccentrics should be enough to keep you in spec. At least the s13s have enough camber and toe adjustment for that much of a drop. I cant imagine the s14 not coming with something similar.

apparently the s14 gain camber and toe "retardly fast" but its a 16in wheel, the alignment on the left tire is 4.21 the right is 2 something. im not sure what it all means but thats what it says on the sheet my machanic who installed my coilovers gave me

Snag you a pair of Megan adjustable rear upper arms. Should not run you more than 150 shipped. Or a much more expensive set, but honestly, I own 2 s13s. One is all money, the other is severely budgeted. Performance wise on a dd I have noticed no difference between JIC and megan suspension pieces. RUCA,s will give you more adjustability should you decide to play around with your height at all. Lastly, has the car been involved in any collisions? Those specs are nowhere near relative to each other.
