rear cam bolts q

my cam bolts are rusted out so i ordered new bolts and nuts but there is a washer called a plate spacer and was wondering if the old ones are reusable so i don't have to spend another 40 to get 4 of them

Wow $10 for a washer. I would reuse it if it doesn't look bad, but since your replacing the bolts it may be. I don't know where you live but almost everywhere has a Fastenal somewhere near by. Take the washer in to them. Make sure you get a high grade washer not just a normal hardened one.
