rear caliper problems

my right rear caliper on my 93 rps13 and i really dont want to pay 80 bucks for a replacement... any body got any cheaper alternatives.. ive looked in the local junk yard and found nothing useful

You could always try a rebuild kit. $25 for kit that works on both sides.

I tried installing a brake cylinder seal and now I've got another leaky cylinder...I'm about ready to upgrade to new rear brakes.

you should be able to get one shipped to you for no more than $40 in the classifieds forums. ie used off parts car.

you wont need any special tool to rebuild . you can use plier to twist caliper piston back in.
