Rear bumper?

So I'd like to replace my OEM rear bumper with one that is shorter since the OEM one is like a bench basically, and something that goes a little lower. Everything I find is like this, which looks like it's still long and like a bench. Not looking for anything ricey either.

They look pretty sweet, I'm sure the price is nice too. Where can I get these? And how much should they cost?
