Rear bumper popped out..

So I was reversing into a driveway and pulled back out and I guess the driveway was a bit elevated so when I was going forward my rear bumper hit the ground (my car is not lowered though), and it popped out on the driver side. Does anyone know if there is a screw that needs to be screwed back in, or is it just a bunch of brackets? it looks like none of the brackets broke.
