How can I fix my rear lip on my bumper? It ripped off while driving through a rain puddle. The bumper is made of fiberglass and it snapped in one area, what are my options? How much to fix?

May be some pics would do to answer your issue...But i guess it does not cost you much to fix that..For detailed information please upload the pics...
