Rear bumper clips

Our daughter has our '09 Altima at college.... someone backed into the rear bumper. :facepalm: Haven't seen it, but she says some clips broke. What kind of job is it to replace these clips:

a. my teenage son who is taking automotive courses could handle it
b. leave it to a body shop
c. use zip strips and duct tape and hope for the best
