If you aren't reusing them try to hammer them off....nicely of course (ie rubber mallet/hammer) but yeah if they rust on it takes some persuasion to remove them.

Yes, as Project S13 says, you will probably need to beat the holy living crap out of them. I had to lubricate, beat, heat up, repeat, repeat, repeat, and beat beat beat with a hammer. I of course replaced the rotors, and I didnt use a rubber mallet, i used a sledge hammer, and well.. it worked!

You guys don't have the threaded holes in the rotors to push them off with a couple screws?

What do you take us for? Mechanics?

I get people like that in work all the time (Part-time 'PartsPro' at a local PartSource). You just gotta give em' a good whacking and the rust will break free. As previously mentioned, heat may need to be added to help clear up the rust.

I just go around hitting around the lip so it will apply the most pressure per whack. If I'm really pissed, I also grab the BFH (Big F*cking Hammer) and have at it.
