Alrigh So got everything back together but i cant manually turn the wheel. its almost like the ebake is on, what could be the problem?

did you lubricate the caliper pins?

red, that's not directly related into getting a rear caliper piston back in, but it's a major part of the service...

ya gotta push while turning it clockwise... helps to rent one of those piston tools for free or a rubik's cube attatched to a 3/8" long extension and a ratchet...

don't tear up that dust boot around the piston...
